Vdara Construction is a family-owned Canberra building company. We are passionate about helping you create your dream home and specialise in bathroom renovations, all house renovations whether large or small, and new home builds from scratch.

We have spent decades honing our craft and are dedicated to delivering a high-quality outcome to each and every one of our clients - we wouldn’t take on your project if we didn’t think we could do a great job. We only take on a small selection of projects at any given time allowing us to spend as much time with you as required to create a beautiful result.

We work in all areas of the ACT, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Carwoola, Hall and surrounding areas.

Meet the team

Adam has worked for over 20 years in the building industry. As the son of a builder and stonemason, Adam was exposed to the construction industry from a very young age and never wanted to do anything else. After entering the industry as a roof tiler and plumber, he naturally progressed to bathroom renovations and larger extensions and renovations. Adam has an individual builder’s licence, as well as a drainage and plumbing licence.

Amanda has 15 years experience in the construction industry, with particular expertise in contract and operational management.

We have a great team of Canberra’s best carpenters, plumbers, tilers, electricians, plasterers and painters, together we have the skills and experience to get the job done well.

Whether your project is small or large, we are there for you every step of the way, bringing our 35 years of combined experience to the table. We keep the process simple, keeping you in the loop and delivering a professional result within the agreed timeline.

We are dedicated to doing the best job possible, delivering a high-quality project through a seamless approach: consultation, quote, selections, construction and handover.

• We come to you so you can make all of your selections from one of our preferred suppliers.

• We will go through everything with you again before we commence construction, so we’re all on the same page about the construction process and the expected duration.

• Once the project is complete, we will run over everything to make sure you’re happy with the final product.

• You move into your new space or home.
