Extension and Renovation

With decades of experience in the building and renovation industry, it is always exciting to have a challenging and unique project come our way. A project that combines the old with the new, allowing us to draw on the craftsmanship of carpentry and attention to detail, is exactly what was on offer at the Turner renovation.

The clients brief was clear - to maintain the integrity of an original Turner red brick house, whilst modernising the inside to suit their busy and modern lifestyle. Given the condition of the home, it presented its own unique set of issues with old plumbing, electrical and rotted foundations in some areas. The base services were brought up to standard without jeopardising the finished look of the house.

The house is now a beautiful mix of the client's individual tastes, and mixing old-new elements; the existing panel glass doors – with a new splash of paint, and the dark hardwood flooring, to the newer modern pendant lights and modern colour palette.

The quality comes with every aspect of this project, from the gorgeous timber elements, the joinery and the completed renovated bathroom. No detail was forgotten in this Turner residence. With streamlined storage in the kitchen, cupboards for the kid's board games and built-in systems in the bedrooms and kitchen, ensuring lines joined perfectly to create a seamless finish.

Attention to detail was of the utmost importance of this project, we were dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the build and staying to brief. In constant contact with the client, this project had its challenges, however, ensuring the client was happy with the approach allowed us to deliver what is now a beautiful family home.
